Renting out as a business

Signing up and listing are free. Per successful rental we charge a service fee of typically 10% (minimum €2), depending on the category. We'll go over the details during the intro meeting.

You decide per listing whether Huurmarkt protection is switched on. When it is, a deposit, a verified renter and check-in and check-out photos apply, and Huurmarkt can compensate damage up to €2,000 or the current market value — from our own risk pool, after assessment; there is no entitlement to payment.

After the rental ends, your payout is automatically transferred to your bank account via Stripe.

No. There is no subscription or minimum term. You can stop whenever you want.
