What does the AI scan do?#

On the first screen of the listing wizard you add photos (up to 20), optionally with a title. If you then choose "Fill in with AI", the AI looks at up to your first 6 photos and prepares a suggestion for:

• Category and subcategory
• Title
• Description
• Features
• Facilities
• Rental rules

On the second screen you go through everything. Fields filled in by the AI carry an AI marker; as soon as you edit a field yourself, the field counts as edited by you.

What happens to my photos?#

To generate the suggestions, your photos and optional title are sent via our server to the external AI provider Anthropic (United States).

• This only happens when you click "Fill in with AI" yourself.
• The photos and title are used solely to generate the suggestions — not for advertising or marketing purposes.

Skipping, adjusting and rescanning#

• You can always skip — choose "Continue manually" and fill in everything yourself. The AI step is never required.
• Everything is adjustable — you can edit or remove every suggestion before you publish.
• Rescan — if you've changed your photos, you can scan again. There is a short 30-second wait between two scans.

Review before publishing#

The AI can make mistakes: pick the wrong category, misjudge a feature, or miss something only you know (such as existing damage or use limitations).

So always go through the suggestions and correct where needed before you publish. As an owner, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your listing — including text the AI filled in for you.
